There are people who love to cook, and people who don't have food. Soup kitchen food is also not always so good

What is the solution to the challenge?

My idea is to have aspiring chefs to make good food, but free food at soup kitchens for low income youth, older adults, limited english speakers, immigrants, veterans, unhoused people, and minorities
