Schools have a rigid structure that leaves almost no time for extra curriculars that actually are interesting to students and help them progress for their future in their chosen field.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Funding for programs that host clubs for students to gain knowledge and experience in their interest for the future. This program can either be an elective class or an afterschool program. These programs would include interests chosen by the students.
