Describe the challenge you want to address:

Housing is a group of people who use housing money for the funds. They don't finish the job they started. (Public Housing Agency has allocated funds that aren't being used to maintain the infrastructure. When they send in complaints about things that might be broken, they don't come right away to fix it.)

What is the solution to the challenge?

We need people to do their job. (advocacy and awareness campaign)
