Describe the challenge you want to address:
Calling 311 is sometimes more difficult than engaging with someone in-person. You feel as if you're in a rush and you can't talk through the issue or figure out what's going on in-depth.
What is the solution to the challenge?
Having someone there in-person to talk to in the street (maybe on one of the city's Open Streets or on a sidewalk or in Herbert Von King Park) would make me feel like I can talk through the small issues in my neighborhood and really connect with someone from the city about them.
