Middle school youth are often outside after school getting trouble or not doing anything productive

What is the solution to the challenge?

To expose the youth to after school programs that offer diverse activities such as sports, art, technology, acting (theatre). This will re-focus the youth to do something productive in life, whilst creating gateways to long-term careers.
