Describe the challenge you want to address:

There are a lot of people in the bronx that are immigrants and also low income people and some of the immigrants dont speak any english, so its hard for them to get a job. So maybe we can help them by giving them jobs that are not minimum wage so that they can provide for their families

What is the solution to the challenge?

Maybe a workshop that will help the immigrants and low income people, limited english speakers that will teach them how to apply for a job and also bring food so that people will show up.
