Describe the challenge you want to address:

People in the disabled community feel marginalized by society and need an outlet or jobs suitable for their level of disability. They are also concerned that their social security will be taken away if they make too much money.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Create a job opportunity fair for all those with all abilities. Some ideas were inclusive kitchens, delivery services, cleaning services that are run by the disabled.
