A lot of youth in the BIPOC community have dreams but may not be able to afford the costs to achieve (Ex. writing programs, dancing, coding) They may be part of low-income households

What is the solution to the challenge?

Fund programs that helps young black children do activities that may be too costly. Having a budget that will keep kids in low-income families able to do things they may not be able to afford
