Describe the challenge you want to address:
The intersection of 19th st and 21st Drive: The stretch of road that runs North/South between 19th st/Ditmars Blvd and 19th st/ 21st Ave becomes a speedway at times and is becoming increasingly dangerous. There are no speed limit signs, no speed humps, no stop signs, and no speed cameras in this corridor.
What is the solution to the challenge?
I am proposing implementing speed calming measures (speed humps, stop signs for traffic driving N/S, and/or speed cameras in some form or combination thereof, as described above.
