Describe the challenge you want to address:: Black women with breast cancer. They have a higher rate than other racial and ethnic groups. They develop cancer at earlier ages. Have a lower 5 year survival rate due to lower education of the disease.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Create a sister network to help women who have been diagnosed. Create --- to coordinate referrals and the --- transportation services to appointments and chemotherapy. Hot meal services and wellness education.
