Describe the challenge you want to address:: Child care is not easily available for working families. As more families become nuclear, there is a need to rely on outside child care agencies. Post COVID, a lot of child care centers closed. Some parents had to become unemployed and take care of their children. This causes parents to have gaps in their employment histories.
What is the solution to the challenge?: My solution is to create an outreach program that can provide resources to families in need. Also to provide trainings or job coaching and opportunities for the families.
