In times such as the ones we are currently going through, where a lot of people are feeling low, it would be nice to beautify the city as much as we can so we all feel better. You walk out your house and see a freshly painted building (instead of old graffiti and dirty walls) and you feel better.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Create an incentive where owners in the city will be motivated to paint their buildings (such as a tax cut) and publicly owned buildings can be all be paid by the city. It will help all of us and make the city friendlier for visitors.
