What is the solution to the challenge?

I want to see more social services available for people in the neighborhood. The neighborhood's demographics and needs such as housing support & health resources have changed. Collaborating with community-based organizations to canvass individuals' needs and bring the resources corresponding to it to the neighborhood through resource fairs.
