The youth are running around with no sense of direction. There are more liquor stores then clubs for youth. Its like there are destined to fail and keep the jail crowded.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Create more clubs for both genders to keep them off the streets. Not everyone is born with a talent like basketball and etc.
