Describe the challenge you want to address:

I haven't come across many afterschool programs or weekend programs or activities for teens to take part in so that it will keep them off the streets and potentially (gang) violence. Also summer youth programs which encourages teens to spend their summers working small jobs which can give them experience for what they’ll face in the future.

What is the solution to the challenge?

These programs will not only keep teens off the street but help them prepare to enter the workforce
