Describe the challenge you want to address:: We view Rockaway as our Safe Haven but there's a flaw in this. People are getting injured by violence hungry people, kids, unhoused people, adults. Gun violence is a staple and that's a problem.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Maybe have police surveillance 24/7 to make sure we don't have people dying. Also have them in packs like two cops per side of Rockaway.
