Describe the challenge you want to address:: One problem I see in my community is the lack of jobs for people in need
What is the solution to the challenge?: My solution would be to open a program where residents or people around can come in and get help with jobs. Helping people with jobs around the area as well as helping with things like drug addiction,homelessness, young parenting,etc.
