Describe the challenge you want to address:

In my community, I experienced a growth of vacant land lots that have been abandoned by their owners and become public dumping grounds and subject to poor land maintenance, grafitti, infestations, and makes the neighborhood unsafe and unappealing.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Guerrilla gardening adds more green, utilizable green spaces in neighborhoods and teaches people how to garden and the importance of nature within urban populations. Members can be community volunteers.
