There are cultural exchange events, but they are not held as often as I'd like. Also the cultural exchange aspect of is as outrightly a focus.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Host monthly or biweekly community exchange programs that are hosted in community rec centers. Also create bags to give to those who attend to create a greater sense of cultural exchange.
