Describe the challenge you want to address:: I live in a NYCHA building. I am a senior with a disability. I've had many issues in my rat infested apartment due to a faulty kitchen sink that has broken down for the second time. The repair with take 2 months to fix Jan 8, 2025; water is leaking down.
What is the solution to the challenge?: 1) Have a housing assistant to come to the tenants home to see what the problem is. 2) Have the resident or residents to write or call a special number for immediate help.
