I am a senior citizen in my 70s with limited English and low income. I would like to see free classes for us to learn how to use technology (e.g., phones, computer, internet) and learn skills where I can help our children (like trade Chinese lessons for conversational English phrases).

What is the solution to the challenge?

Host intergenerational free classes for language and technology skill swap. Youth can learn to read, write and converse in Chinese (or Spanish) and learn about culture, holidays, traditions, etc.
