Describe the challenge you want to address:

Its hard for people without a work permit or not being a U.S citizen to find a job. There are alot of parents that need jobs to support their families. Without this, they cant live well. I also think there should be more opportunities for teens to work and get experience before they become adults.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Some finance organization so they can help families in need of jobs and to prepare their children for adulthood.
