Describe the challenge you want to address:

Cellphone classes by professionals that know how to teach technology classes to older adults and really want older adults to learn. There should be someone to see if the person really teaches the class.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Offer classes on cellphone technology at senior centers from which way the cellphone is turned right side up all the way to new AI and how to avoid scams.
