Describe the challenge you want to address:: Being unable to communicate - difficulty connecting to the existing resourced in the environment
What is the solution to the challenge?: Continue funding Linc Wifi by providing free wifi in new neighborhoods. Additionally, turn these towers into more of a community resource by adding an intro page that 1. allows individuals to send locations to numbers, EG checking in with loved ones by sending a notification from the linc address. 2. adding a resource page intro screen for linc centers
