Immigrants not having as much access to childcare which results in them having to work with their small children and/or children having more responsibilities. Limited workshops for employment immigrants and/or not accessible or advertised

What is the solution to the challenge?

More advertisement and creation of workshops for youth and adults that immigrants for work training and certifications that make them more marketable. Childcare centers for younger children with wider range of hours
