Describe the challenge you want to address:

A challenge youth face is exploring careers. Some youth don't know what they want to be in life

What is the solution to the challenge?

We can have programs that teach youth different career paths and jobs. They can also experience what goes on in different careers for example if they're learning about chefs they can go to a kitchen and experience with the chefs teaching them. This will take place at local libraries 2 times a week.
