Describe the challenge you want to address:: In my community there are really low-income people. In my neighborhood most people work in construction and as housekeeping. They get low pay. Most of them are lack of knowledge and also, they do not speak English. They do not know how much minimum wage is because they get pay loss than that.
What is the solution to the challenge?: I believe that in the community should have people 'advisor' to let people know that they can get more pay and not less than they deserve. Program where they can get knowledge.
