Describe the challenge you want to address:

Soldiers cemetery is in poor condition. The challenge is that the mayor's office cut funding to the parks department who maintain the property. The cemetery is historic whereas 4 war era veterans remains rest there. This include the war of 1812, Spanish American war, civil war, and World War I.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Restore funding with partnerships with private, local, state, and federal.
