"1.- In the afternoon after school I observe young children on the corners learning to smoke cigarettes.
2.- In the neighborhood there are people who are fluent in English who could share a little of their time and help practice with those who are just learning. "

What is the solution to the challenge?

"1.- Every young child should learn to play a musical instrument and do some sport in their free time; resources should be allocated for the implementation of this program.
2.- Allocate resources to an English learning program in your own community with volunteers from the same community. "
