Describe the challenge you want to address:: Resident does not feel empowered. Lack of access to information which he can properly decide. People are out and exploit his ignorance, tell him what are of benefit to them. He needs to confirm what is told to him, and easily gets information, officially, feedback on response times, follow up with deadlines.
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:: Let this NYC Participatory Budgeting be a pilot program with information available to participants, feedback, timelines, and reviews available online as needed. A starting point for follow through design of all future participatory budgets and similar endeavors.
