Folks don't necessarily know people in industries to help them navigate

Program that educates community. Uses different community space, education class on connection to industry in our immediate community.

Bringing mentors from industries (tech, HVAC, electrician, etc.

Mentors represent BIPOC, they share resources on skill development and how to break into the industry
