The challenge is providing services for the different age groups that is respectful of all the different age groups. Intergenerational for example seniors working with youth on computer technology workshops.

Intergenerational: for example seniors working with youth on computer technology workshop + vice versa, where youth learn from the seniors. Provide more workshops for seniors (medical, computer training, cultural activities, etc)
