Farah would likely face challenges like having less accessibility for jobs and internships, less opportunities due to lack of access, no network experience. Lack of a proper education due to public schools.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

We would develop a College Direction Program that connects with teens that are going through the same educational barriers which provides paid internships that teens would benefit from and college trips for teens to know and understand what it is like to be in college. This CDP is being promoted in schools in which it is a public service announcement for teens. Anybody that is seeking to go to college can join the program.
