Describe the challenge you want to address:
Students in NYC school do not have healthy meals for breakfast and lunch, and adults and elderly people who do not have enough money to buy fresh food. such as fruit and vegetables need to be healthy. The homeless and other people having no their own homes often do not have such healthy food.
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:
Our idea to help address this challenge is making a public program where studetns/citizens in nyc can decide / vote for what meals they should have. then people, especially high school students, would be able to help making food and deliver fresh food to the homeless, children, and elderly people who dont have an access to healthy food or dont have money to get fruit and vegetables. This would also help students or other people get paid or service hours which is helpful for them to get into colleges or find a other jobs.
