Since Farah speaks limited English; when she goes out she might not be able to communicate with others and there's safety concerns too.

Must be respectful of all New Yorkers
As a visible Muslim woman, Farah is more susceptible to hate crimes and acts of discrimination. Providing community events that also advocate for crimes to be reported and other things that are happening in the neighborhood.
