Some immigrants have licenses and credentials for professional positions like pharmacists, surgeons, etc and documented experience, but they have limited English proficiency. Its difficult for these people to find work

Apprenticeships, internships or entry level opportunities for immigrants with professional licenses, and experiences within their home country but limited English so they can develop language skills on the job.
