Offer remote learning for ESL programs. The people who will provide the service will be existing teachers that are willing to take on the extra responsibility for "procession" compensation. Offer training for teachers who want to learn how to provide ESL. Language services - healthcare, education, transportation for adults and children

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Create a free online ESL course. Post a QR code poster in every subway station "Learn English Here" posted in all the represented languages of NYC. Everyone has a smart phone that will enable them to learn if they want to. There should be a partnership with the MTA.
