Communication - Knowing when, where, and what is taking place. Spread out across borough --> Keeping teens involved; getting the right people involved - churches, bulletins, politicians, different industry and community members who would like to make a difference
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:
To have workshops, classes, groups for teens, such as cooking, art, basketball, movie nights, women empowerment, self defense programs, how to make presentations/public speaking and mental health workshops. all based on the age groups of pre-teen --> 16 years old. Possible aspect on a mentorship with older participants mentoring younger ones.
