A significant challenge for New Yorkers is the lack of accessible information on mental and physical health best practices, as well as difficulty in navigating public health benefits, especially for non-English speakers.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

"Develop a health and wellness hub that provides multilingual education and training on mental and physical health.

This hub will also assist individuals in signing up for public benefits, including Medicaid."
