Describe the challenge you want to address:

High Schoolers leaving High school are lacking STEM and LEADERSHIP skills that are becoming increasingly more prominent in the workplace. They try to enter these fields with very little of these skills and find a hard time finding a place

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

This would provide funding to allow for professionals within the STEM field to bring robotics workshops to High Schoolers to allow them to learn robotics and the Leadership skills that come with working on robots together. This is already a proven concept in FIRST robotics and would bring this concept to other higher schools that are not on these FIRST robotics teams.
