Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic has created learning disparities as well as a host of other problems such as difficulties socializing and communicating.\n\n</div></dd><dt name=\"textarea-1694626369303-0\">Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:</dt><dd id=\"textarea-1694626369303-0\" name=\"textarea\">\n\n<div>Therapeutic learning centers could be centered on CUNY campuses, community centers, and/or schools in the Bronx to help communities, both native and non-native populations alike, attain holistic English language proficiency such as the following: critical thinking, writing, verbalizing and communicating, etc. The learning workshops are intended as a therapy that addresses social stigmas.
