Describe the challenge you want to address:: Dog poop and pee all over the sidewalk and buildings
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:: Create Dog Pee Stations on each block where everyone brings their dog to do their business. Design: dog pee friendly sod grass, on top of sand and rocks inside metal fence/ cage so rats can't burrow in. Has a poop bag holder in the middle. I can provide a prototype of my design.
