Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:: Open up job centers for age 12-30 Get some problems that fun and safe after school and on the weekends Give these young adult some money and some thing to do with the money once they get it The community is broke bord and struggling out some money in to the community and open up section 8 or a problem to move people out a lot of peoples don’t want to be here anymore
