Mental Health & Housing resources for all New Yorkers (long term residents + new immigrants) a way to bet that so people aren't gaming the system

Pop up shops with mental health services in multiple language/cultures including support groups for different groups. For new immigrants, formerly incarcerated, homeless domestic violence that provide other resources based on need (financial emotional, etc.)
