The Bronx has some of the most dangerous neighborhoods according to crime statistics. Lots of gun violence and physical altercations and not enough de-escalation and training of community members.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Violence Prevention Program (year-round) consisting of know your rights, counseling, and de-escalation, safety education, to reduce violence in community and how community should respond to the interactions.
