Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is important to solve because the youth have such little to do which often leads t kids hanging out in the streets getting in trouble with neighbors or worse the law as well as leaning toward drugs

What idea do you have to address the problem?

More after school programs. more sports tournaments, more talent shows
