we would like to solve or mend the problems of garbage being all over the streets and making sure that the garbage is being dealt with efficiently.

it is important to solve this issue because the more dirty the streets are the more un safe people feel

What idea do you have to address the problem?

the way we would go about solving the problem by funding people to go out and pick up litter and and go for better garbage disposals

this would help every one in the community because the the streets won't be dirty anymore.
