To prepare the community with new skills will provide them with more chances to apply for different jobs.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

To create more free - skills programs (Ex. Cleaning, Painting, Computer, Home attendant) that we need in order to apply for a job . Collaborate with organizations like NICE to provide the information.
