What problem would you like to solve?

Immigrant workers want to find a job but employers require documentation that we don't have.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is hard for immigrant workers to pay rent, food, and living expenses. This is relevant because it would help us to find jobs more efficiently and to have access to more dignified jobs

What idea do you have to address the problem?

The City should create job opportunities that don't require checking immigration status. They should also create a program to incentivize employers to hire people who have an ITIN number/ Tax ID as their documentation.
