What problem would you like to solve?

Voter participation in Asian communities is the lowest in the city due to a lack of informational engagement.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Asian voters need to be represented in the civic democratic process. Asians are the fastest growing segment of the city yet they are frustrated that they are often not represented well.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Bi-lingual informational sessions about civics, voting, voter registration, how government works and who is running for their representation.

    Who would that help?

    Eligible Asian American voters

What NYC borough would benefit from your idea?

Borough with large Asian American populations including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens
